Wold Tract Map

Wold Map (Updated January 2020) The Wold Map has been updated to indicate ownership of parcels in Wold Tract.  Every attempt has been made, using information from Albany County and individual owners, to make the map as accurate as possible.  This map is not intended to be accurate for legal purposes.  Roads, boundaries, overlaps, etc. are not precise but are shown as accurate as possible.  We hope you enjoy using this map to learn where cabins are located and to move easily throughout our community.   

Beginning in February 2020, paper copies of the map is available for purchase in two sizes.  

The 11" x 17" maps are $5.00 or 24" x 36" are $15.  

You can order maps by contacting Julie Kokes by emailing her at:  woldimprovement@outlook.com  or messaging the Wold Facebook Page. (Wold Tract Community & Friends), Please include your name, how many maps you are ordering, and what size(s) you are ordering.   Maps will also be available for purchase in person in Wold whenever she is at her cabin.  (Winter will make it trickier to deliver the maps to your cabin.  However, when the snow melts, she will get them to you.) Wold Owners' Directory 

Wold Owners’ Directory (Updated January 2020) Much time has been invested in updating the Wold Improvement & Service Owners’ Directory.  Every attempt has been made to verify owner contact information including obtaining email addresses and phone numbers.  We are still missing information for a few owners!  If you notice an owner’s email address or phone number is missing and you know the owner, please let them know to send their information.  Likewise, if you have a correction or update, please contact Julie Kokes, Secretary for the District.  Paper copies will also be available, as they have been in the past, at the Annual Meeting.  If you would like a paper copy prior to the Annual Meeting, it can be ordered for $5.00.  Reply to this email or contact Julie to order one.
